I personally don't have a description available for you, but if I were in your position I wouldn't shy away from just writing one myself without seeing other examples. As you know, every church is so unique that I'd probably want it to be a custom one for our church specifically before I start looking at what other churches have done. The main value of looking at other church's descriptions AFTER I've written it for our church is just to see if there's any glaring oversights of something I left out.
