What do you do for graduating seniors?
We've just brought the youth up, had them share their responses to a few questions, and then have a cake reception afterwards. For some reason, I don't like this. I think its good for them to share what their vision for the future is, but it always seems really fake.
What do you do or have seen done? What info do you ask your youth to respond to?

Christ is Risen! How about doing an activity which allows others to express their appreciation and best wishes for the seniors. Take a sheet of paper for each student - names on top. 1st person writes a line of encouragement and folds the paper back. 2nd does the same...the papers go back to the students to take with them. A similar idea I saw in Group- go to wordle.net - make poster with name and words describing and encouraging the person. Frame and give as a gift. Best wishes! |
