New to youth ministry and I need ideas from youth room design to lessons.
I just started my first youth pastors job a month ago and so far its going pretty well. I've started up a drama team and I still have anywhere from 9-13 on Wednesday nights and 5-7 on Sunday mornings. I sat under the previous youth pastor for about a year, so I know how effective his ministry was. I need some good lesson ideas and advice on how to be as strong a force in these kids lives. I don't want to replace him, I just want to make room for me. Also, I want to paint the youth room but I can't think of anything good. We are in a room with no windows. Its about a medium size room. Any advice or ideas anyone has would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, and God Bless.
