Hmmmm....well, here is what I think. It COULD be time to leave but only at the leading of the Holy Spirit. I don't really understand the comment about God "raising you up too fast". If that were true then it would indicate that God was making a mistake - that ain't happening. The Lord makes no mistakes. Not sure how old you are and how long you have been a Christian, that info might help. It may be that your pastor and youth pastor believe that you are not mature in your walk and don't want to see you going off half cocked which can really lead to regret. Be very careful in your judgements as they are still in spiritual authority over you. You should be careful in what you say so that you do them no harm. (Out of Room)

Looks like it's time to move on. You would fit better somewhere else and they could find a better match for themselves. Looks like it would work for all parties involved. Some good advice already given below :)

I agree with Chuck, if more than one person disagree with my direction, Id question myself quite a bit about it. The fact that other ministers have given you confirmation to leave doesnt mean anything, Ive learned recently, because they are only getting your side of the story and we rarely lay the facts out as clear as we think. I would only caution that its not your place to say the way they preach isnt Godly because you dont think they live it in their lives, you cant honestly know that or make that judgement call. I would strongly urge you to really does some self examination, more than you have already done, and pray for a few months about it. Dont just blow off criticism, there is always a shade of truth behind it.

When ever in a conflict with somebody about God's will or direction, I personally know that I cannot interpret for someone else what God is calling them to. What I would suggest is to not brush off the words shared by the Pastor and Youth Pastor, but rather reflect on them. Ask God if you are where He wants you to be. The two pastors could be absolutely wrong, but that is not for you to decide. Seek wisdom and discernment over where you are to be and what you are to do. I often find when I disagree with more then one person about direction that it is often time for me to reflect about my own call.

You said you church leadership thinks "God is raising you up too fast." If that is a direct quote, who are they to question what they agree God is doing? From what you've shared, there are just too many questions. It may be time to move on.
