Brain,
LifeWay has an incredible College study called Threads. http://threadsmedia.com/

I think it may be something worth looking at.

Hey Brian, you probably got this in one of Tim's emails, but in his curriculum email a while back he mentioned Craig Groeschel's "Going All The Way" series. I've been checking it out and haven't used it yet, but I'm planning to with my youth group although it clearly was originally presented in front of a multigenerational audience and might even work better for young adults than youth. http://open.lifechurch.tv/series/6

A lot of the NOOMA resources (nooma.org) are helpful for discussion starters. Any of Rob Bell's books are great also. In addition, Relevant.com has a great selection of topics and discussion starters.

I've been hard pressed to find anything else for college/career or singles that doesn't deal with marraige. Hope that helps!

Focus on the Family actually has a cool thing right now called "The Truth Project." Its small group material, video based, but its basically a Christian Worldview seminary class. You have to be trained in order to use it, but its good stuff.
